HERZ — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All HERZ products are made-to-order through our trusted production partners.
Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item and region of production.

Average processing time:
2–5 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Please note that production may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays from our suppliers.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination country and carrier.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Estimated shipping times:
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• North America: 7–20 business days
• Asia / Oceania: 7–20 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping times depend on external carriers and customs.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

HERZ is not responsible for:
• customs charges
• delays caused by customs inspections
• additional taxes imposed by your country

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
HERZ is not responsible for orders lost due to:
• incorrect address
• missing information
• postal redirection issues

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.


5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We will investigate with our production partner.
If the issue is confirmed to be a carrier or production error, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.


6. Tracking Information

Some destinations offer full tracking, others may offer partial tracking depending on the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information after your order ships, please contact us.


7. Multiple Shipments

Because our items are produced individually, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
