1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because HERZ works with print-on-demand, every piece is produced especially for you once your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color or buyer’s remorse.
If your item is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days at support.herzofficial@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
We will reprint and reship the item at no extra cost.
2. Where do you ship from?
Our items are produced by trusted print-on-demand partners in Europe and the US.
Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you whenever possible.
3. How long is shipping?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes:
- 5–10 days for Europe
- 7–15 days for the US
- 10–20 days for the rest of the world
Delays may occur during peak seasons.
4. Can I change my address after ordering?
You can modify your shipping address within 2 hours after placing your order.
After that time, we cannot guarantee changes because production starts quickly.
5. My order is taking long. What should I do?
Check your tracking link in your confirmation email.

6. My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A short explanation
We’ll handle everything and send a replacement for free.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — HERZ ships worldwide.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.
After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
9. What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product.
Each product page includes a full size guide to help you choose accurately.
10. I entered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Size changes are possible within 2 hours after placing your order.
After that, we cannot modify the size.
