HERZ – Return & Refund Policy

(Print-on-demand, worldwide shipping)

1. General Information

At HERZ, every product is made on demand, especially for you, as soon as your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Your satisfaction matters to us — if there is any issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:
• misprinted
• damaged
• defective
• wrong size or wrong product (due to a production error)

Please contact us at request.herzofficial@gmail.com within 7 days, with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the item
3. A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will reprint and reship the item for free.

Note: Since HERZ uses print-on-demand suppliers, we will open a claim with the production partner, and they will handle the replacement. You do not have to pay for anything in this case.


3. Order Errors & Address Issues

HERZ is not responsible for:
• incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• failed deliveries due to absence
• orders returned due to wrong or incomplete information

If an order is returned to the production partner, we can reship it, but shipping fees will apply.


4. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• wrong size ordered by the customer
• change of mind
• color preferences
• “not what I expected”

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 2 hours after payment, as production starts quickly.
After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


6. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:
• First, check the tracking number provided via email
• If no update appears after 10–15 business days, contact us

We will assist you and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement.
